Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Overview
Sanabel AI is a subscription-based digital software service. All features — including AI tool access, file storage, assistants, and the student workspace — are delivered entirely online. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital services.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees:
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click "Cancel Subscription."
- Your Pro or Enterprise access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not lose access immediately.
- At the end of the billing period, your account automatically reverts to the free Starter plan (5 uses/day, 10 tools, 50 MB storage). Your account and data are not deleted.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation. If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time from the same Settings page.
- To avoid an upcoming renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Refund Eligibility
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Subscriptions Only)
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with your plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10 AI tool interactions during that period. This reflects our commitment to fair access for users who genuinely found the product unsuitable.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment date.
- Accounts that have made 10 or more AI tool uses since the subscription started.
- Monthly renewal charges — we do not issue refunds for renewals that were not cancelled in time.
- Subscriptions that were already used to access Pro-only or Enterprise-only features such as AI Assistants, Agents, advanced file processing, or the full tool library.
- Partial months — we do not prorate refunds for unused days after a billing period has started.
Service Disruptions
If you experienced extended and verified platform downtime or a significant technical failure caused directly by Sanabel AI during your billing period — such as inability to access your account or tools for more than 24 consecutive hours — please contact us. We will review your case individually and may offer a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
Disruptions caused by third-party services (such as NVIDIA API outages, Firebase outages, or internet connectivity issues) are outside our direct control and are not generally grounds for refunds.
Enterprise & Organization Plans
Enterprise and organizational subscriptions (covering school accounts, team management, and multi-user access) are governed by their individual service agreements. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are negotiated at the time of subscription. Please contact us directly for Enterprise billing inquiries.
No Physical Returns
Sanabel AI is a purely digital service. There are no physical products, hardware, or goods associated with any subscription. As such, no returns of physical items are possible or applicable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligibility window, email us at sana.mushtaq@hotmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [your email]" and include:
- Your registered Sanabel AI email address
- The subscription plan you purchased (Pro or Enterprise)
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
