Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Sanabel AI ("the Platform," "the Service," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including teachers, students, school administrators, and guest visitors using the free tool preview pages.

2. About the Service

Sanabel AI is an AI-powered educational platform designed for teachers and students. It provides a suite of 45+ AI tools powered by NVIDIA's language and image generation models, including:

• Assessment tools: Multiple Choice Quiz Generator, Interactive Quiz, Vocabulary Quiz, Flashcard Generator, Reading Comprehension Question Generator, and more.
• Lesson & content tools: Lesson Planner, Classroom Layout Designer, Multi-Step Assignment Generator, Phonics & Spelling Practice, SEL Plan Generator, Research Proposal Generator, and more.
• Exploration tools: Topic Explorer, Storytime Nook, Book Explorer, Career Explorer, Nature Exploration Zone, Interactive Timeline, Math Playground, Science Lab, Coding Playground, and more.
• Student workspace: A dedicated student area with AI Chat, Study Chat Builder, Conversation Language Coach, Book Matcher, and Idea Developer.
• AI Assistants & Agents: Configurable AI assistants and automated agents (Pro and Enterprise plans).
• Video Generation: AI-powered short video generation via Google Veo.
• File management: Upload and manage PDFs and images for use with AI tools.
• Gamification: XP system, levels, seasonal battle-pass rank progression, and level-up rewards.

The platform is available in English and Arabic with full RTL layout support for Arabic users.

3. User Accounts

• You must register for an account to access most features. You may register as a teacher or student. Teachers access the full educator dashboard; students access the dedicated student workspace.
• You must provide an accurate name and email address. Fake or disposable email addresses are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Users must be at least 13 years old to register independently. Students under 13 must access the platform through a school-managed organization account.
• You may not create multiple free accounts or share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Sanabel AI offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter (Free): 5 AI tool uses per day, 150 per month, access to 10 basic tools, 50 MB file storage, last 50 prompt history entries, XP & levels system.
• Pro ($7/month, or $5/month billed yearly): 300 AI uses per month, access to all 45+ tools, 5 GB file storage, PDF embedding & smart caching, priority support. Billed monthly.
• Enterprise ($25/month, or $20/month billed yearly): Everything in Pro, plus AI Assistants & Agents, team management & roles, 50 GB shared storage, SSO & API access, dedicated account manager. Billed monthly.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Access begins immediately upon payment.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.
• Failure to complete payment will result in automatic downgrade to the free Starter plan.
• All fees are in USD and exclude applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each plan includes a daily and monthly limit on AI tool uses. These limits reset at midnight (UTC) daily and on your billing anniversary monthly. Guest users (not logged in) may try a limited number of tool uses, tracked by IP address.

Automated or scripted use of the platform to bypass usage limits, generate content in bulk, or overload the API is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Sanabel AI only for lawful, educational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting prompts designed to generate harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Using the platform to cheat on graded academic assessments in violation of your institution's academic integrity policy.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, or access another user's data.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data, AI responses, or tool configurations in bulk.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service.
• Impersonating another user, teacher, student, or Sanabel AI staff.
• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content produced by Sanabel AI tools is generated by artificial intelligence (NVIDIA's language models) and is provided for educational assistance only. AI-generated content:

• May contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
• Should always be reviewed by a teacher or qualified educator before being used with students.
• Does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• Is not guaranteed to meet specific curriculum standards without human review and adjustment.

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. AI-generated outputs may be used freely for personal educational and classroom purposes. You may not present AI-generated content as entirely your own original work in academic or professional contexts where such representation would be dishonest.

8. File Uploads and Storage

Users may upload PDFs and images to use with AI tools. File storage limits are: 50 MB (Starter), 5 GB (Pro), 50 GB (Enterprise). By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to share its contents with the platform. You must not upload files containing:

• Copyrighted material you do not have the rights to process.
• Personal data of students or minors beyond what is necessary for a specific educational task.
• Malicious code, malware, or executable files.

Files you upload are stored in Firebase Storage under your account and can be deleted by you at any time from the My Files page.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content of the Sanabel AI platform — including the interface design, source code, AI prompt templates, tool configurations, branding, logos, icons, and documentation — is owned by Sana Mushtaq (Sanabel AI) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sanabel AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanabel AI and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
